Onsite coaching is a partnership between the teacher or grade level and the chosen Knox associate. The partnership is characterized by open communication, trust and respect. Effective coaching literally builds a community of professionals seeking excellence and taking charge of their jobs in the school or district. Coaching supervision and implementation can be conducted on site, on the phone, via email, and through support groups after the initial training process.
