Burbank Elementary School

During this first year of implementation of Strategic Schooling we focused on:

• Implementation of Strategic Schooling Basics for year 1
• Backwards mapping for the CST
• Development of the School Leadership Team over 3 Saturday Sessions
• CST “spring training” sessions offered for target students during spring break

Their 79 point gain was the largest in the district, and second largest gain in Alameda County.

Harder Elementary School

During this first year of implementation of Strategic Schooling we focused on:

• Implementation of Strategic Schooling Basics for year 1
• Backwards mapping for the CST
• Parent Education about the CST and increasing pleasure reading at home

Longwood Elementary School

During this first year of implementation of Strategic Schooling we focused on:

• Implementation of Strategic Schooling Basics for year 1
• Backwards mapping for the CST
• Development of the School Leadership Team over 3 Saturday Sessions
• CST “spring training” sessions offered for target students during spring break

Their 75 point gain was second highest in the district and third highest in Alameda County.
